About Jess

With a background in commercial and residential property management, Jess has been helping business owners, investors, and homeowners alike for 15 years.

 

Her passion for the industry goes beyond sales. She currently serves as President-Elect of the Pismo Coast Association of NAR and is a State Director of the California Association of NAR. This commitment involves traveling to statewide legislative meetings, discussing and voting on issues affecting real estate across California, meeting with our Assembly Members, and lobbying for homeownership rights on both the local and state levels.

 

Jess values the importance of listening to buyers and sellers intently and her outgoing personality puts her clients at ease. Always a loyal and fierce advocate of her client’s best interests, and known for her unwavering integrity and candor, Jess will not advocate any deal unless she is confident it is the right move at the right time. She is a dedicated and highly motivated individual with a reputation for consistently going above and beyond while using exceptionally high standards to achieve results.

 

Her creative problem-solving in transactions has transferred over to social media, where she’s learned a new passion: creatively presenting complex topics on wide-reaching social platforms, specifically Instagram (@jessburnsrealtor). Her upbeat, positive approach promises to have you engaging, laughing, and maybe even dancing along as you learn.

 

In 2023, she received the most prestigious award in the industry: NAR member of the Year. The award is peer-nominated and voted on. To qualify, one must be a full-time real estate agent, an active volunteer in the community, and display the utmost integrity while operating with the highest level of ethics.

 

Outside of real estate, Jess is passionate about physical and mental health. You’ll find her at the gym most mornings at 5:30 am taking a spin class or hot yoga.

 

She’s given her heart to Henry Waffles, her Sheepadoodle puppy, who you’ll most likely get to meet as Henry gets to go almost everywhere with Jess, although their favorite pastime is staying home and dancing in the kitchen together (ask for video proof).

 

Jess makes a point to watch the sunset over the ocean twice a week. We are so fortunate to live on the Central Coast, she can’t help but want to soak it in with gratitude as much as possible.
